Higher Education Transformation Week
12 - 16 October 2026 in Brussels, Belgium
With so many Erasmus+ KA2 projects actively transforming higher education across Europe, the Higher Education Transformation Week is designed to showcase the diversity, innovation and impact of Erasmus KA2 project results. The Week will therefore be powered by Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnerships consortia joining forces in Brussels to present their bottom-up transformation initiatives.
Participants will be able to sign-up to the project event(s) of their interest and network with fellow attendees as well as project representatives. European and national policy-makers will be invited to join the programme, which highlights the transformative power of these initiatives within a single week.

The Higher Education Transformation Week offers a valuable opportunity to increase the visibility of your project by joining forces with other project consortia to deliver an attractive programme for higher education professionals and leaders interested in project results.
The Week will also be promoted to European and national policymakers, decision-makers, and stakeholder organisations, helping to broaden the reach of your outcomes and strengthen their systemic impact at the European level.
How will it work?
We will coordinate the programme of the Week, develop a registration process to manage outreach towards the European Higher Education community, support selected projects in identifying suitable venues for their event, and organise a joint closing event. An online gallery walk is also planned to showcase the projects and their transformative impact before and after the Week.
Each project consortium will remain responsible for organising the logistics and covering the specific costs of its own events.

How to sign up your project for the Week?
Submit your project event by clicking the button below by 31 May 2026, and present your project topics and results.
Project submissions will be reviewed and selected on an ongoing basis by partner organisations (see below). We therefore encourage you to submit your event as early as possible.
